A Passion for Education
Dr. Lipsey’s own education began at U.C.L.A. Undergraduate School of Public Health and School of Dentistry where he received his doctor of dental surgery. At Northwestern University Dental School, he received a master of science degree and specialty certificate in Endodontics.
He has always had a passion for education, and has enjoyed assisting countless budding dentists achieve their professional training and education. His faculty appointments include clinical instructor at Northwestern University Dental School, instructor at the University of Southern California, and assistant clinical professor at University of California at San Francisco Dental School. He is also the founder and director of the Dental Assisting Institute, Inc. in Modesto, California.
Dr. Lipsey has also had the opportunity to share his passion for dental education with the rest of the world, as well. He began his international work serving as a guest lecturer with the Congresses of International Association of Dental Students from 1983 to 1989, in Puerto Rico, Israel, Singapore, and Switzerland. Between 1990 and 1998, Dr. Lipsey served as president of World Healthcare Systems, Inc., with principle offices in Moscow, Russia and Simferopol, Ukraine. During this time period, Dr. Lipsey traveled throughout the former Soviet Union (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan) to assist in the modernization of formerly state-run dental and medical clinics and laboratories.
Sleep Medicine and Medical Billing
Dr. Lipsey’s passion for dental sleep medicine is what led him to notice the need for quality medical dental billing resources.
